Merchandising for nineteen live events across sixteen different countries.
Challenge
Less than twelve weeks to deliver a full European tour merchandise program.
When bbno$’s management team approached us with under twelve weeks’ notice, we knew the project would be ambitious and logistically complex. The tour spanned the UK, mainland Europe and several non-EU member states, creating major hurdles around customs, duties and cross-border movement.
To overcome this, we developed a split-production strategy: blank goods in the UK and Germany, with cut-and-sew goods produced in Turkey. Merchandise also had to be shipped in staggered batches due to limited hauling capacity, meaning stock needed to align exactly with the tour route and venue schedules.
Approach
Strategic production and logistics planning to meet tight timelines and complex routing.
We worked with trusted partners in three regions to ensure every product was ready on time and compliant with local regulations. By producing closer to the end destinations, we reduced lead times, avoided unnecessary duties and created flexibility in case of mid-tour changes.
Our logistics team coordinated shipments to follow the tour route, delivering stock in waves rather than all at once. This reduced the strain on transport capacity and guaranteed that each venue had the right quantities of merchandise on arrival. We also built in contingency planning to allow for replenishment mid-tour, ensuring sales momentum could be maintained.
Result
A seamless merchandise rollout across multiple borders and venues.
Despite the tight timeline and logistical hurdles, we delivered a smooth merchandise operation for the EU leg of bbno$’s tour. Every item, including the cut-and-sew hoodie, was produced on schedule, distributed strategically and delivered to the right place at the right time.
Our team managed multi-country production, cross-border logistics and staggered fulfilment without missing a single show. The result was a stress-free merchandise program for the artist and management team, and a consistent product experience for fans across Europe.
