Challenge
Los Ratones were fast becoming one of Europe’s most talked-about teams, but with no merchandise program in place they needed a partner to build everything from scratch.
Founded by Twitch star Caedrel, the team entered the Tier 2 League of Legends scene with a mix of pro players and creators. The brand had immediate momentum and a fanbase eager to support them.
Despite this, they had no infrastructure or resources to design, produce or manage merchandise. With such a lean setup, they needed a partner who could deliver every stage of the process without slowing their rapid growth.
Approach
We managed the full process from design and production through to ecommerce and fulfilment, creating a merchandise program that matched the energy of the team.
We began with a pro wear line that gave fans an authentic way to connect with the team and establish Los Ratones as a serious competitor. This first step built credibility and set the foundation for a wider program.
From there, we introduced an essentials line, executed two limited drops and supported activations at European pop-up events. Alongside the product strategy, we oversaw production, online store management and fulfilment to ensure every stage ran smoothly.
Result
What began as a single jersey launch evolved into a scalable merchandise program that deepens fan engagement and builds long-term value for the brand.
Today, Los Ratones has a merchandise offering that generates revenue, connects fans to the team and reflects their reputation as one of the scene’s most exciting organisations.
With a structure now in place, the program continues to expand with core essentials and hype-driven limited runs. This creates both a sustainable foundation and the flexibility to grow alongside the team’s ambitions.
